Through our internship program, we equip our young people in each hub, not just teaching them a career course, but also putting in place:

Part of our training path, is making sure that each person has an opportunity in the workplace through an internship. This does not just build their self-confidence, but also provides huge amounts of growth opportunities. Our students are introduced into our internship program from the third week that they are with us. We handhold them through this process until we are certain that they are ready to walk on their own.
